Project status

This case study is currently in development. It will focus on how warehouse and order data can be transformed into practical KPI reporting for operations teams.

The operational problem

Warehouse teams often work with scattered reports, manual Excel files and limited visibility over order flow, backlog, workload and process bottlenecks. This makes it harder to identify where delays start, which tasks create pressure and how daily performance changes over time.

Planned analysis areas

The case study will explore order volume, backlog visibility, picking performance, order ageing, workload trends and operational bottlenecks.

The goal is to show how structured reporting can help warehouse managers move from reactive spreadsheet checks to clearer performance visibility.

Expected business value

The planned dashboard will focus on clearer KPI visibility, faster identification of bottlenecks, better workload understanding and more practical daily performance reviews.

What this project will demonstrate

This upcoming case study will demonstrate how Power BI and operations analytics can turn warehouse and order data into a decision-ready view for managers and operational teams.
