Project at a glance · Business problem · Data workflow · Key insights · Recommendations · Business value
The operational problem
Transport teams often rely on phone calls, messaging apps and scattered emails to collect shipment updates, CMR documents, photos, customs files, packing lists and delivery notes. This creates delays, missing documents and limited visibility for dispatchers.
The concept
This app concept is designed as a lightweight workflow for drivers and dispatchers. Drivers can submit delivery updates, upload documents, add photos, mark optional seal information and attach multiple files for LTL or multi-stop shipments.
Planned workflow
Driver receives shipment task.
Driver confirms loading or delivery status.
Driver uploads CMR, customs documents, packing lists and photos.
Dispatcher receives structured information in one place.
Transport documentation becomes easier to track and review.
Business value
Less scattered communication.
Faster document collection.
Better visibility for dispatchers.
Fewer missing files after delivery.
Clearer shipment history for operational follow-up.
Project status
This is a product concept currently in development. The goal is to demonstrate how practical transport experience can be translated into a simple digital workflow for daily logistics operations.
