Project at a glance · Business problem · Data workflow · Key insights · Recommendations · Business value
Project status
This case study is currently in development. It will focus on a common operational reporting problem: data stored in multiple Excel and CSV files, updated manually and reviewed without a consistent KPI structure.
The reporting problem
Many logistics and operations teams still rely on manual spreadsheets, exported CSV files and recurring copy-paste reporting. This creates reporting delays, inconsistent KPI definitions, spreadsheet errors and limited visibility over performance trends.
Planned workflow
The case study will show how raw Excel and CSV files can be cleaned, structured and transformed into a repeatable Power BI reporting workflow.
The planned process will include data preparation, KPI definition, model structure, dashboard design and a repeatable refresh approach.
Expected business value
The goal is to demonstrate how teams can reduce manual reporting effort, improve KPI consistency, avoid recurring spreadsheet errors and create a clearer view of operational performance.
What this project will demonstrate
This upcoming case study will demonstrate how practical data cleanup, Power BI and operations analytics can turn scattered reporting files into a more reliable decision-support workflow.
